DRYING APPARATUS USING SUPERHEATED STEAM

PURPOSE: A drying apparatus using superheated vapor is provided to prevent white smoke and dust as vapor and air passing through a hot blast pipe are discharged through a dust collector at more than a temperature of 250 degrees. CONSTITUTION: A drying apparatus using superheated vapor comprises a hot blast pipe(300), outer pipes(410,420), a hot blast guide pipe(510), first and second hot water transfer pipes, a transfer pip(T5) for superheated vapor, and first and second inflammable gas transfer pipes(T6,T8). Vapor flowing through a steam inflow pipe(411) absorbs heat of the hot blast pip, and is converted into superheated vapor. The superheated vapor is discharged through an exhaust pipe(421). One side of the hot blast guide pipe is connected to the other side of the hot blast pipe, and passes through a steam generating chamber(520). The first hot water transfer pipe supplies water to a water tank(600), and the second hot water transfer pipe supplies the water to the steam generating chamber. The transfer pipe for the superheated vapor supplies the superheated vapor to a drying chamber(900) through the exhaust pipe. The first inflammable gas transfer pipe supplies inflammable gas, odorous gas, dust, and dried products to a heat recovery chamber(800). The second inflammable gas transfer pipe supplies some of the dust and the dried products to the flame of a burner(200).
