PURPOSE: A backlight unit and a display device using same are provided to reduce weight and lower manufacturing costs by forming a reflector for an air guide having an inclined surface. CONSTITUTION: A backlight unit includes a first and a second reflector(200,300) and at least one light source module(100). The light source modules are arranged between the first and the second reflector. The second reflector includes at least one inclined surface and at least one flat surface. The flat surface of the second reflector is adjacent to the light source module. The flat surface of the second reflector is parallel to the first reflector.
