PURPOSE: LCD eyeglasses using a LCD panel are provided to supply various colors and a mirror effect to lens like sunglasses. CONSTITUTION: A color mirror coating layer(180) with a selected color and a mirror effect is formed on a lens part(100), which is a LCD panel. The LCD panel is composed of a first transparent substrate(110), a second transparent substrate(120), and a liquid crystal layer(130). The first transparent substrate includes a first transparent electrode(112) on one side and a first polarizing film(114) on the other side. The second transparent substrate includes a second transparent electrode(122) on one side and a second polarizing film(124) on the other side. The liquid crystal layer is sealed between the first transparent substrate and the second transparent substrate by facing the first transparent electrode and the second transparent electrode to each other.
