摘要 PURPOSE: A reduction degradation prediction method for the inside of a blast furnace corresponding to the particle size of sintered ore is provided to predict the average particle size and the standard deviation of distribution of particle size after reduction degradation according to the particle size of sintered ore. CONSTITUTION: A reduction degradation prediction method for the inside of a blast furnace corresponding to the particle size of sintered ore comprises the following methods: An initial particle size is input. A particle size section corresponding to the initial particle size is designated. Particle size data according to the initial particle size is calculated by linear interpolation based on each particle size datum of a start point and a finish point at the start point and the end point of the particle size section corresponding to the initial particle size. The particle size after reduction is estimated by the initial particle size data which is reduced to be the same amount as the calculated size degradation data.
