DRY AGING ROOM EQUIPPED WITH ULTRA-VIOLET STERILIZING LAMPS, INFRA-RED LAMP HUMIDIFIERS, AIR CIRCULATION FANS AND REFRIGERATED AIR CHILLING UNITS

PURPOSE: A dry-aging room is provided to effectively manage wind, humidity, and storage temperature by circulating cooling air of the aging room through an air chilling unit installed outside the aging room and by connecting a separate circulation fan to a humidifier. CONSTITUTION: A dry-aging room is equipped with ultraviolet sterilizing lamps, an infrared lamp humidifier, an air circulation fan, and air chilling units. Chilled air, which is cooled at the air chilling units installed outside of the dry-aging room, and is supplied to the aging room through multiple air supply holes on the air supply ducts on the ceiling of the aging room in order to enhance a convection heat transfer effect and a wind ventilation effect. The air chilling unit intakes and cools the air in the aging room through suction holes on the air intake ducts on the lower wall of the aging room, and circulates the chilled air through the air supply holes on the ceiling of the aging room. The aging room is humidified by evaporating water with IR waves of an IR lamp without using any electric heaters in order to minimize the temperature change within the aging room in humidification while maintaining the appropriate relative humidity within the dry aging room.
