PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a liquid crystal display and exposure devices is provided to alleviate border lines between exposure areas of different optical masks. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of liquid crystal display comprises a first optical mask(40) including a plurality of transmission parts, and a second optical mask including a plurality of transmission parts. The first optical mask and the second optical mask comprise an overlapping region which is partially overlapped. One or more transmission parts, which include one or more of the first optical mask and the second optical mask in the overlapping region, comprise semi-permeable parts. The transmittance of the semi-permeable part is 0-100%.
