发明名称 METHOD FOR CONVERTING AND PRODUCING CARBONATE MINERALS FROM CARBON DIOXIDE USING RECOMBINANT BIOCATALYST
摘要 PURPOSE: A composition which captures carbon dioxide and a method for preparing carbonate using a recombinant whole cell biocatalyst is provided to economically capture carbon dioxide using cell homogenate supernatant or transformed cells and convert a final product into a high value-added carbonate. CONSTITUTION: A composition for capturing carbon dioxide contains: a whole cell of a transformant which is prepared by transforming with a vector containing a nucleic acid encoding recombinant carbonic anhydrase; a whole cell lysate or a fraction solution thereof; and the carbonic anhydrase isolated from the whole cells. The carbonic anhydrase is expressed in cytoplasm or a periplasmic space or on the cell surface. The carbonic anhydrase is derived from Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Synechocystis PCC6803, or Escherichia coli. The enzyme has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, or 13. A nucleic acid encoding the carbonic anhydrase has a nucleic acid sequence of sequence number 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, or 14.
