PURPOSE: A pulverizing and drying apparatus is provided to reduce energy consumption, the size of an installation space and costs and to be applicable to various plants. CONSTITUTION: A pulverizing and drying apparatus includes a chamber(100), an exhaust port(111), a blade(104), a circular member(107), a first blower(112), a cyclone separator(115), an out-duct(114), and an in-duct(118). The exhaust port is formed on the upper part of the chamber. The blade is installed at the lower center of the chamber. A perforated hole is formed at the upper center of the circular member. A slope is formed toward the hole at the upper part of the circular member. An air current adjusting plate is radially formed around the hole at the lower part of the circular member. The circular member rotates at the upper part of the blade by a motor(105). The first blower is installed at one side of the chamber eccentrically. The cyclone separator has an outlet(116). The out-duct connects the upper center of the chamber and the cylinder side of the cyclone separator. The in-duct connects the inlet(117) of the cyclone separator and the lateral side of the chamber. |
