PURPOSE: A control device of a mobile installing camera is provided to obtain an image of high quality by maintaining the horizontal of a camera in real time. CONSTITUTION: An angle control unit(20) controls a camera(10) in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction. A driving unit(30) supplies driving force to the angle control unit. If a first gyroscope sensor(40) senses displacement of the camera, a first control unit(60) operates the driving unit. A second control unit(70) calculates offset displacement of a moving body sensed from a second gyroscope sensor(50). The second control unit corrects an operation of the driving unit.
