PURPOSE: An impurity removal device for the feed hopper is provided to prevent the breakage of the feeding equipment with a belt conveyor by removing the impurity included in the feeding substance which is sent to the lower area through the feed hopper. CONSTITUTION: An impurity removal device(1) for the feed hopper comprises a driving unit(30), a rotary shaft unit(50) and a hanging projection member(60). The driving unit supplies a rotating power. The rotary shaft unit is rotated getting the rotating power of the driving unit. The hanging projection member is projected to the outside of the rotary shaft unit and it sends the impurities in the feeding substance(16) supplied to the inside of the feed hopper(20) to the outside of the feed hopper.
