APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING INPUT SIGNAL OF CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT USING 3-STATE BUFFER

PURPOSE: A device for processing a CPU(Central Processing Unit) input signal by using a three-state buffer is provided to prevent port shortage by forming the three-state buffer into an intermediate circuit and controlling the three-state buffer according to a boot of a CPU. CONSTITUTION: A three-state buffer(101) receives a port setting value of a CPU(Central Processing Unit) to deliver the port setting value to the CPU according to a signal inputted to an output enable PIN. A first net(102) connects a hardware configuration pin of the CPU with the three-state buffer. A second net(103) is branched from the first net to connect the hardware configuration pin of the CPU with a general input circuit. A three-state buffer control unit(105) inputs a high signal to the output enable PIN when the CPU is booted in order to deliver the port setting value to the CPU through the first net.
