PURPOSE: A transceiving device to which a virtual voice codec is applied in a wire or wireless network is provided to improve the economical efficiency and efficiency of a session resource of the wire or wireless network by providing various additional service with only a session for a voice service. CONSTITUTION: A vocoder(106) performs coding/decoding to a voice into a type for a wire or wireless network. An application unit(108) generates user data for a data service except for a voice service. A virtual voice processing unit(400) sets a voice service channel or a voice service channel with a virtual voice codec. The virtual voice processing unit transceives the user data with the voice in a band secured by the virtual voice codec. The virtual voice codec is applied on the wire or wireless network to provide the user data with the voice.
