PURPOSE: A brush electric motor and an assembly method thereof are provided to improve the number of components and assembly. CONSTITUTION: The upper surface of a housing is opened. The housing comprises a stator and a rotor. A mold cover(20) blocks the opening part of the housing. A commutator(30) is installed in a rotary shaft. A brush is arranged to adhere closely to the commutator. A brush holder(50) is combined with the mold cover. The brush holder forms a first opening. A temporary fixing unit temporarily fixes a brush to a location separated from the commutator. |
