PURPOSE: A ventilation apparatus is provided to prevent corrosion in internal devices, and to reduce dew condensation generated in a hub as rainwater does not flow into the hub. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation apparatus(100) comprises a ventilation pipe(20). The ventilation pipe penetrates the hub(2) of a wind power generator. One opening of the ventilation pipe positioned outside the hub is formed downwardly. One opening of the ventilation pipe continuously faces a lower side even when the hub rotates.
