The remaining battery power detecting module detects the amount of remaining battery power when a vehicle is off. The ACC module supplies power to accessories of the vehicle. The door lock module controls opening and closing of doors. The vehicle information offering module comprises an AVN unit(102), an telematics communication unit(103), and an control unit(101). The AVN unit is activated if the amount of remaining battery power is below a first level. The telematics communication unit conducts wireless telecommunication with the outside of the vehicle. The control unit controls the AVN unit and the telematics communication unit to operate a remaining battery power alarm.
