<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible piping apparatus which is advantageous for improving a straight forward communication performance between a first flow passage of a first joint and a second flow passage of a second joint, and a joint device. <P>SOLUTION: A first joint 2 comprises a first joint body 23 including a male engagement 22 having a spherical convex surface 21 and a first flow passage 27. A second joint 4 comprises a second joint body 43 including a female engagement 42 which has a spherical concave surface 41 and to which the male engagement 22 is fitted to be relatively oscillated, and a second flow passage 47. A spring member 6 is disposed around a first axial line 20 of the first joint 2 and a second axial line 40 of the second joint 4, and is formed from a compression spring or a tension spring which is disposed between a first flange part 25 of the first joint 2 and a second flange part 45 of the second joint 4 and effectively presents an energizing force suppressing an intersection angle at which the first axial line 20 of the first joint 2 and the second axial line 40 of the second joint 4 intersect. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
