<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate-less double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, which has fewer defects due to deformation of an adhesive when used for an electrostatic capacitance type touch panel, which prevents damages on electronic components by peeling electrification induced when a release film is peeled, by reducing the surface resistivity of the release film, which improves a yield in the production step by preventing deposition of foreign substances caused by electrification on a film surface or an adhesive surface, which has little deposition of foreign substances and which is suitable for a touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: The substrate-less double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprises an adhesive layer having a thickness of 100 μm or more and a release film laminated on either surface of the adhesive layer. At least one release film comprises a biaxially oriented polyester film having a thickness of 50 μm or more, a coating layer and a release agent layer, successively formed in this order.
