<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backwashing method of a long-fiber filtering device which reduces an additive amount of disinfectant and washes long-fiber filtering media efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: The backwashing method is for the long-fiber filtering device 12 which includes a filter tower 70, a support body 74 arranged inside the filter tower 70, and a long-fiber bundle 72 of which a lower end is fixed on the support body 74 and an upper end is a free end, and traps a suspended substance in treated water by the long fiber bundle 72. The method includes a first backwashing process of backwashing by washing water containing water, and a second backwashing process of backwashing by disinfectant-containing water containing water and disinfectant after the first backwashing process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
