PURPOSE: A method for extracting active ingredients from coarse liquor lees is provided to easily extract the active ingredients and to apply the active ingredients to cosmetic products and medicines. CONSTITUTION: A method for extracting active ingredients from coarse liquor lees comprises: a step of preparing lees from the coarse liquor; a step of mixing the lees and ethanol in a container; a step of stirring the mixture at room temperature(18-25 deg. C) for 3-4 days and fermenting; a step of leaving the mixture for 10-12 hours and separating the mixture into lees and an ethanol mixture; a step of filtering the ethanol mixture using filter paper; and a step of distilling the ethanol extract. |
