SOLUTION: The information recommendation device according to an embodiment includes: a communication history acquisition unit for acquiring communication history among users; a group formation unit for forming a group of users on the basis of relation associated with communication between a predetermined user and other users, which can be acquired from the communication history; a browsing history acquisition unit for acquiring browsing history that is history of accesses to information on a network by other users; a recommendation information determination unit for, on the basis of the browsing history, determining recommendation information that is information accessed by other users belonging to a group formed by the group formation unit; and a recommendation information provision unit for providing the recommendation information determined by the recommendation information determination unit to the predetermined user.
