PURPOSE: A server device providing a data transmission service between terminals, and a user terminal thereof are provided to conveniently supply a data exchange service while reducing an error generation probability by using fingerprint information having a low error generation probability. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(301) receives fingerprint information form a first and a second user terminals. A determining unit(305) compares the fingerprint information received from the first and the second user terminals. If the fingerprint information matches each other, a transmitting unit(307) transmits data stored in the first terminal to the second terminal. The receiving unit receives a hash value of the fingerprint information from the first and the second user terminals. The determining unit compares the hash value of the fingerprint information.
