PURPOSE: An oral cleaner composition containing green tea, red ginseng, Sophora Flavescens, Glycyrrhiza uralensis fisher, and Swertia pseudo-chinensis extracts is provided to suppress oral bacteria breeding and bad breath. CONSTITUTION: An oral cleaner composition contains 0.001-0.1 wt% of green tea extract, 0.001-0.1 wt% of red ginseng extract, 0.001-0.1 wt% of Sophora Flavescens, 0.001-0.1 wt% of Glycyrrhiza uralensis fisher extract, and 0.001-0.1 wt% of Swertia pseudo-chinensis extracts. The composition additionally contains additives such as sweetener, pH adjusting agent, or natural pigment. The pH concentration of the composition is 3.5-4.5.
