PURPOSE: A nanoparticle in which nanospots are attached and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to attach heterogenic atom nanospots or allogenic atom nanospots by using a wire explosion process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a nanoparticle with attached nanospots comprises the following steps: mixing a metallic colloidal solution with a solution including water, ethylene glycol, and alcohol; and obtaining metal nanoparticles(130) in which metal nanospots are randomly attached by repeating a wire explosion process 20-70 times. The metal included in the metal colloid solution and the metal wire used for the wire explosion process are composed of allogenic or heterogenic atoms. The metal included in the metallic colloidal solution is one of the following: Ag, Pt, Pd, Cu, Au, Ni, Ti, Zn, Al, Sn, V, Co, or Fe.
