<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber temperature measuring device capable of measuring temperature of a more distant place, without increasing memory size. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical fiber temperature measuring device, an optical pulse is made incident on an optical fiber laid in a predetermined length along an object to be measured, synchronizing the optical pulse with a timing signal, thereby back-scattered light is obtained, an electric signal obtained by receiving each of two components of the back-scattered light is A/D converted and stored in a data storage memory through a signal processing part for performing average processing, and calculation is performed on the data of the two components read out from the data storage memory, to convert the data into a temperature signal. The optical fiber temperature measuring device includes a delay time generation circuit for stopping the processing of the signal processing part from generation of the timing signal until predetermined delay time passes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
