<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform measurement device which displays a fundamental wave component in real time from a PWM waveform signal without using a low-pass filter, and in which an amount of delay of the fundamental waveform component is constant regardless of the frequency of the fundamental wave. <P>SOLUTION: The waveform measurement device is configured to display only the fundamental wave component of the PWM waveform signal which is modulated with a carrier signal of a prescribed frequency, and includes an A/D converter for converting the PWM waveform signal into a digital signal, an integrator for integrating output data of the A/D converter for every period of the carrier signal, and a divider for calculating an average value of the carrier signal for the periods by dividing the integration result of the integrator with the number of periods of the carrier signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
