<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film with high transparency by a hard coat layer providing compatibility between high hard coat performance and fingerprint preventing performance. <P>SOLUTION: In the hard coat film, the hard coat film is provided on at least one face of a base material. The hard coat layer is comprised by applying and drying a coating liquid including at least: (a) a compound polymerized by ionizing radiation; (b) hydrophibic multifunctional polymer resin polymerized by ionizing radiation; and (c) at least one type selected from N-vinylformamide, (meth)acryloyl morpholine, phenoxy group-containing (meth)acrylate on the base material, and then hardening it by irradiating ionizing radiation.
