<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell, or the like, in which rotation of a bolt about the axis can be regulated continuously when fastening the battery external connection terminal, and the head of the bolt can be abutted reliably against an external connection part. <P>SOLUTION: The cell 100 includes a resin coating layer 180 composed of a second resin having a linear expansion coefficient larger than that of a first resin and with which the head 155f of a bolt 155 is covered, and an insulating resin member 170 composed of a first resin and molded integrally with the bolt 155, the resin coating layer 180, and the like.
