<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ebullient cooling system which suppresses overshoot at the start of heating and realizes stable ebullition start. <P>SOLUTION: An ebullient cooling system has an ebullition heat transfer part made of a metal at a base thermally contacting with a heating unit, and the ebullition heat transfer part contacts with a liquid refrigerant. Multiple tunnels, communicating with the exterior through a hole or a gap and arranged parallel to each other, are provided under a surface of the ebullition heat transfer part. The ebullient cooling system includes a groove, which penetrates through all the tunnels in a direction perpendicular to the tunnels and is deeper than the diameter of the tunnel, and a lid plate located above the groove. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
