ANTIFOULING METHOD AND DEVICE FOR OPTICAL PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifouling method and device reducing the generation of irregularity, and providing an optical product with excellent aesthetic appearance when forming the optical product of a fluorine-containing silane compound film.

SOLUTION: The antifouling method for optical products includes: an antifouling step for immersing a base material of the optical product in an antifouling liquid including a silane compound having a perfluoropolyether group; a solvent immersion step for immersing the base material after the antifouling step in a solvent having high affinity with an antifouling film; and a moist heat processing step for hardening the antifouling liquid on the base material after the solvent immersion step under moist heat environment that has a temperature higher than a room temperature and has a humidity higher than a peripheral humidity and forming the antifouling film.
