<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat an annular metal body to a Curie temperature or more of a heating iron core while a temperature of a heating leg core inserted into the annular metal body such as a metal pipe is lowered as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: A closed magnetic circuit is constituted of the plurality of leg cores and a pair of yokes coupling the plurality of leg cores. A heating apparatus includes an input leg core to which input winding is wound and a heating leg core inserted into the annular metal body being a heated object. The heating leg core is a cylindrical shape obtained by radially laminating a plurality of magnetic steel plates having bent parts bent in involute shapes to be formed cylindrical.
