ANTI-ADHESION AGENT FOR UNVULCANIZED RUBBER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-adhesion agent for unvulcanized rubber which has excellent slippage of an unvulcanized rubber surface, remarkably reduces a problem of the generation of dust due to the falling-off and has economical advantage and to provide a method of manufacturing the unvulcanized rubber treated with the anti-adhesion agent.

SOLUTION: The anti-adhesion agent for the unvulcanized rubber contains fine powder using montmorillonite as an essential component and a surfactant using a polyalkylene oxide addition compound obtained by the addition reaction of two or more kinds of alkylene oxide with a higher alcohol, wherein the content of the surfactant is 1-60 pts.wt, and the content of the montmorillonite is 20-50 pts.wt when the content of the fine powder is 100 pts.wt.
