<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental treatment device useful for treatment inside a periodontal pocket. <P>SOLUTION: The dental treatment device includes an extra fine fiber 7 which can be inserted into a periodontal pocket P and a unit body 3. On a distal end of the extra fine fiber 7, an irradiation part for radiating light of a prescribed wavelength, an imaging part for capturing an internal video image of the periodontal pocket P, and a jetting part for jetting a liquid chemical or the like are provided. The unit body 3 is provided with a video processing unit, a lesion detection part for detecting an inflammation site or the like, and a liquid supply part for supplying the liquid chemical or the like to the jetting part.
