<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge-discharge controller and an operation method of the charge-discharge controller which can prevent an occurrence of an obstruction even when a battery polarity is the reverse. <P>SOLUTION: A charge-discharge controller includes: a voltage detection line to detect a voltage polarity of a secondary cell engagedly inserted into a battery box; and a load line to transmit a charging current or discharging current of the secondary cell. When the polarity of the secondary cell detected by the voltage detection line and the polarity of the secondary cell detected by the load line coincide with each other, a charge-discharge test program is executed. When the polarity of the secondary cell detected by the voltage detection line and the polarity of the secondary cell detected by the load line do not coincide with each other, the charge-discharge test program is not executed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
