<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize an application state of an application liquid to a material to be applied with the application liquid even when the conductivity of the application liquid is different. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage having opposed polarity to a body 3 to be applied with oil is applied to a shim 45 provided in a nozzle 5, and a liquid supplied to an ejection flow path group 7 between a nozzle plate 37 of the nozzle 5 and the shim 45 is ejected from an ejection port 55 of the nozzle 5 while being charged to the same polarity as the shim 45, thereby the liquid is stuck to the body 3 to be applied with the oil and oil is thus applied. Three kinds of the liquids A, B, C each having different conductivity are housed in liquid containers 17, 19, 21 and the liquid to be used is supplied to the nozzle 5 by switching solenoid valves 23, 25, 27. The voltage corresponding to the liquid to be used is selected by selection switches SA, SB, SC of a high voltage generator 65 and a control part 69 controls one of the solenoid valves 23, 25, 27 to open through a controller 71 in response to the selection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
