<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for contributing to a reduction in labor cost as well as the improvement of customer satisfaction, such as a menu proposal after grasping an order trend of customers and visitor promotion, through information transmission and information management for quickly and surely performing an order in a restaurant or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A cellular phone S12 belonging to a customer is connected to a self-order total management server S01 through the Internet S02, and the system includes means for associating a visiting customer with a payment unit (table) and managing an order, means S12 for displaying a list of articles and images on a cellular phone or the like belonging to the customer to allow the customer to select articles from the list and among the images or to directly input an article number, specifying and ordering the article, means S11 for allowing a restaurant employee to order an article, S01 means for associating the ordered article with a payment unit to hold them, means for printing (S09) or displaying (S08) the ordered article to a kitchen in each case, and means for collecting accumulated ordered article information in a register device S04 during payment after ending dining. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
