<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting display sheet which can be hooked on a hand rail of a ship to send a warning signal outboard and can be folded and stored when being not used. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of luminous bodies 2 having LEDs 15 attached to grommets 10 are attached to a flexible sheet 1. Since the luminous bodies 2 are arrayed like a matrix in a plurality of lines and a plurality of columns, characters and graphics can be displayed with light by selecting luminous bodies 2 to be lit on, and a message can be sent outboard even on the sea of no visibility at night or in fog. Furthermore, since the sheet 1 is flexible, the sheet 1 can be hooked on a hand rail of a ship when used and can be folded and stored when not used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
