<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duct connecting structure capable of easily attached and detached without using a tool, and surely connecting a hard duct and a film duct, the film duct, a local cleaning device providing a clean space, and a supply chamber used in the same. <P>SOLUTION: This duct connecting structure 1 includes a hard duct hook-and-loop fastener 17 fixed to an outer face of the hard duct 2 into the band shape along an edge of an opening of the hard duct 2 to which the film duct 3 is connected, and a plurality of film duct hook-and-loop fasteners 6, 7 attached along an edge of an opening of the film duct 3 connected to the hard duct 2 and having the band shape so that they can be applied to the hard duct hook-and-loop fastener 17. The film duct hook-and-loop fasteners 6, 7 are respectively provided with handle parts 12, 13 protruding in the longitudinal direction at both ends, and a hook-and-loop fastener 14 to which the handle part 12 can be applied, is disposed at a back side of the film duct hook-and-loop fastener 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
