<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost composite panel in which a ventilation part can be formed easily without the need for the sticking step. <P>SOLUTION: In a composite panel 10, a hard layer 12 comprising a thermosetting resin composition is integrally formed on at least one face of a heat insulation material layer 11. The composite panel 10 can be produced by a method comprising an application step of applying a hard layer formation component containing the thermosetting resin composition to at least one face of a plate-like heat insulation material and a thermosetting step of thermally curing the hard layer formation component to form the hard layer 12. For example, if the thermosetting step is performed by using a metal mold in which a projection is formed in a cavity, the hard layer 12 can be formed and a ventilation groove comprising a recess 13 can also be formed on the external surface of the hard layer 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
