摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle guide device and a vehicle guiding method capable of performing vehicle guiding according to traffic situations by controlling light emission of a large number of luminous bodies provided along roads in an arbitrary pattern. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle guide device 1 includes: a plurality of luminous bodies 4 disposed along roads 9 at predetermined intervals; a main control part 2 for generating a light emission pattern of the luminous bodies 4 and transmitting serial data and a light emission timing signal of the light emission pattern; and a light emission control part 3 for converting the serial data from the main control part 2 into parallel data and driving each luminous body 4 corresponding to each bit of the parallel data on the basis of the light emission timing signal. The main control part 2 generates optimal light emission patterns corresponding to traffic situations collectively. Thereby, light emission of a large number of the luminous bodies 4 can be controlled. Moreover, the main control part 2 and the light emission control part 3 can be provided in different places and the light emission control part 3 can be installed near the luminous bodies 4, thus reducing cabling and facilitating construction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
