摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that enables suppression of intensity change caused by a resistance component with a reference potential point. <P>SOLUTION: A pixel circuit, a display unit, or an electronic apparatus comprises: a display; a drive transistor for driving the display; and a characteristic control part for controlling characteristics of the drive transistor. Preferably, the characteristic control part controls the characteristics of the drive transistor in accordance with an electrical potential of one end on a side opposite to the drive transistor of the display. Preferably, as the drive transistor, there may be used a transistor having a characteristic control end capable of controlling threshold voltage and the characteristic control part may supply a control signal for controlling the threshold voltage to the characteristic control end.
