INFORMATION BROWSING DEVICE, CONTROL PROGRAM AND CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To input information and set a function with a series of simple operations by using a touch panel which allows multi-touch.

SOLUTION: An information browsing device with a display part having a display surface on which a touch panel allowing multi-touch is arranged includes a control part for controlling display of the display part on the basis of a signal output from the touch panel. When detecting a specific drag operation by first touch means in a state in which a document is displayed in the display part, the control part makes a screen which allows an input operation by second touch means displayed on the document while a touch state by the first touch means at a stop position of the specific drag operation is maintained. When the touch state by the first touch means at the stop position of the specific drag operation is released, the control part makes the screen leave the document.
