<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spraying material which ensures a usable time even when alumina cement having high hydration activity is combined with concrete, becomes easy to handle because of the low alkali content of a liquid quick-setting agent, produces effects such as excellent quick-setting properties, and is sprayed on a slope or exposed ground surfaces in a road, a railroad and a tunnel such as a channel, and a spraying method using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The spraying material is obtained by adding a liquid quick-setting agent containing aluminum sulfate, fluorine and an alkali metal to cement concrete containing alumina cement surface-coated with a polymer emulsion.
