<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress stress concentration due to the occurrence of a surface sink when an inner shell is resin-molded. <P>SOLUTION: The pressure vessel 1 includes: an inner shell 3 formed of a resin molding; an outer shell 5 that covers the outer periphery of the inner shell 3, is made of FRP, and becomes a reinforcing layer; a cap 11 located at the axial end. The cap 11 has an inner cap component 7 and an outer cap component 9. The inner cap component 7 is integrally molded when the inner shell 3 is blow-molded. The inner cap component 7 includes a small diameter part 7c1 and a large diameter part 7c2, while the inner shell 3 includes a cylindrical neck 3a. The neck 3a is located at the outer peripheral part of the small diameter part 7c1.
