<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitive touch panel whose sensitivity is improved and which can be used for an image display panel or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In the capacitive touch panel, there are sequentially stacked: a window; a first transparent film having a first transparent conductive electrode pattern formed on one surface; and a second transparent film having a second transparent conductive electrode pattern formed on one surface and arranged opposite to the first transparent conductive electrode pattern so that capacitance is formed between the first and second transparent conductive electrode patterns. A first transparent interlayer resin is provided between the window and the first transparent film, and a second transparent interlayer resin is provided between the first transparent film and the second transparent film.
