PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the rise in the temperature involved with heat generation in power supply or power charge in a secondary battery cell.

SOLUTION: The secondary battery cell 1 comprises: an outer container 2; an electrode assembly 8 housed in the outer container 2; electrode terminals 4 and 5 provided on the outer container 2 and connected to the electrode assembly 8; and a radiator 9 which is surrounded by the electrode assembly 8 and placed in the outer container 2, and which has a higher thermal conductivity than the electrode assembly 8 and connects with the outer container 2.
