<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste for solar cell electrode which improves the wettability of a low melting point glass composing a glass frit to the surface of a silicon substrate, and contributes to enhancement of the characteristics of a solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: The paste for solar cell electrode contains glass frit, aluminum metal fine particles and organic vehicles, and the glass frit is substantially composed of the following components indicated by mol%. P<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">5</SB>:42-52%, T-SnO:48-58%, T-FeO:0-1.8%. The T-SnO and T-FeO are the total amount of tin oxide or the total amount of iron oxide calculated for all tin or iron oxides contained in the glass composition in terms of SnO or FeO. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
