摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste for solar cell electrode which improves the wettability of a low melting point glass composing a glass frit to the surface of a silicon substrate, and contributes to enhancement of the characteristics of a solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: The paste for solar cell electrode contains glass frit, aluminum metal fine particles and organic vehicles, and the glass frit is substantially composed of the following components indicated by mol%. P<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">5</SB>:42-52%, T-SnO:48-58%, T-FeO:0-1.8%.
