<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LC module which has a small parasitic inductance, and can ensure flatness. <P>SOLUTION: A direct mounting of a capacitor on a mounting substrate 31 eliminates the need for wiring from an upper part of an inductor 11 to the mounting substrate 31, thereby eliminating the influence of parasitic inductance. A capacitor array 21 having a plurality of capacitors housed in a chip is used in a capacitor to be mounted on the mounting substrate 31, thereby ensuring flatness. Further, a terminal electrode other than Vin, Vout and GND in terminal electrodes of the capacitor array is used as an LX (an end part of an inductor on the side connected to a switching element), and the LX is disposed at a location that is not adjacent and opposed to the Vout. This allows a capacitor on the side away from the LX to function as an output capacitor, thereby preventing switching noise occurred in the LX from leaking out to the Vout. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
