摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which a second electrode is step-cut by a reversed tapered side part of a partitioning wall and voltage drop cannot be suppressed, if auxiliary wiring is formed by using the partitioning wall having the reversed tapered side part, when the auxiliary wiring connected to the second electrode is provided so as to suppress the voltage drop of the second electrode on a light emission side, in a light-emitting device of a top emission method using an organic EL element. <P>SOLUTION: A light-emitting device includes: a partitioning wall having reversed tapered side parts formed on a substrate; a first electrode formed between the partitioning walls; a third electrode formed on the partitioning wall; an organic compound layer formed on parts of the first electrode and the third electrode; and a second electrode formed on the third electrode and the organic compound layer. The organic compound layer is continuously formed from top of the first electrode to a part of an upper part of the partitioning wall so as to have a film thickness larger than that of the partitioning wall. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
