<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger which sufficiently secures the amount of heat exchange per unit time. <P>SOLUTION: A jacket part 11 of a reactor 1 is connected to a cooling fluid supply pipe 23 and a steam supply pipe 3. A second heat exchanger 31 is mounted inside the reactor 1. A sub heat exchanger 27 is mounted on an outer side of the jacket part 11. An upper part and lower part of the sub heat exchanger 27 are connected to an inside of the reactor 1 with a circulation pump 28 interposed therebetween. A steam trap 25 is connected to a lower part of a gas-liquid separator 4. A fluid supply tube 6 is connected between a steam pressure regulation valve 7 and the gas-liquid separator 4. A liquid ejector 20 is interposed on the fluid supply tube 6. A suction chamber 22 of the liquid ejector 20 is connected to an outlet side of the steam trap 25. Heat on an inner side of the jacket part 11 is exchanged in the reactor 1, and is exchanged also in the second heat exchanger 31.
