SOLUTION: The skin care preparation comprises an acyl derivative of serine and a compound represented by the general formula [wherein R4is an unsubstituted or substituent-containing aromatic group or hydrogen atom; R5and R6are each independently an unsubstituted or substituent-containing aromatic group; X is a nitrogen atom or oxygen atom; R7and R8are each present in the number depending on X and are each independently 1-6C alkyl in which a hydrogen atom or carbon atom may be substituted with a heteroatom or hydrogen atom].
